THUNDERSHIRT SUPER HUG CONTEST

No Purchase Necessary. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY: The ThunderShirt Super Hug Contest (“Contest”) will take place starting July 8, 2022, at 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) and conclude at 11:59 PM EST on July 22, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). The Contest will be conducted exclusively on Instagram and Facebook. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska, or 21 years of age if a resident of Mississippi). Participants belonging to an organization with an ethics policy that prohibits them from accepting gifts, including, without limitation, veterinarians licensed by the state of Minnesota, are not eligible to participate. All employees, officers, directors, and agents of ThunderShirt, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other prize suppliers (collectively, “Contest Entities”) and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, or children) and those living in the same household of each are ineligible to enter or win the Contest. Employees or contractors of any company that sells companion animal products that are directly competitive with ThunderShirt’s companion animal offerings are ineligible to win. Void where prohibited or in states where bonds are required in order to accept the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER: Eligible entrants can enter the Contest by one of the following means:

Instagram:

1) Take a photo of your super hug - you hugging your dog or even your dogs hugging each other!

2) Share your photo in-feed and use the hashtags #superhugcontest and #DCSuperPets. (Both hashtags must be included to be eligible to win).

3) Tag 2 friends in the comment section of this Contest post on the official ThunderShirt Instagram account.

4) Share this Contest post to your stories and use the hashtags #superhugcontest and #DCSuperPets. (Both hashtags must be included to be eligible to win)

5) Must be following ThunderShirt so we can DM you!

Facebook:

Take a photo of your super hug - you hugging your dog, your whole family hugging your dog, even your dogs hugging each other!
Share your photo in the comment section of the contest announcement post and you must include both of the following hashtags: #superhugcontest and #DCSuperPets

Limit of one entry per person; a potential winner will be disqualified if he/she submits more than one (1) entry. All photos should be original, not contain third party intellectual property, not reveal personal information about someone and not include material that is sexually explicit or violent.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS: The Winners will be selected by a panel of judges supervised by ThunderShirt assessing creativity, photo quality, reshare factor and following the Contest rules. 50% of score will be judged on creativity, 25% on photo quality, and 25% on reshare factor. Winners will be notified on or about 3:00 PM EST on August 1, 2022. A potential winner will be notified by direct messaging through Instagram or Facebook, at ThunderShirt’s discretion. If a potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial notification attempt, he or she may be disqualified and the Prize awarded to an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the skill of each entrant.

PRIZES: Fifty (50) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of four (4) Fandango codes (each, a “Promo Code”) to see the motion picture titled DC League of Super-Pets in cinemas and a $100 ThunderShirt.com gift card. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $152 (total prize ARV of $7,600) (collectively, the “Prize or Prizes”). All applicable federal, state and local taxes on each Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prizes must be claimed within two weeks following the award by notifying ThunderShirt of the shipping address where the Prize is to be sent. The Prizes are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law), and no substitutions are allowed. The Prizes may not be transferred or provided to another person, or exchanged, or substituted for money or anything else of value.

Each Promo Code is good towards the purchase of one movie ticket (up to $15 total ticket and convenience fee value) to see DC League of Super-Pets at Fandango partner theaters in the US. Promo Code is void if not redeemed by September 30, 2022, or when DC League of Super-Pets is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. Not valid with any other offer. One-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket with Fandango’s convenience fee included is more than the maximum value of the Promo Code, then user must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie ticket purchase and maximum value of the Promo Code will not be refunded. Fandango is not a sponsor or co-sponsor of this offer. The redemption of the Promo Code is subject to Fandango’s Terms and Policies at www.fandango.com/terms-and-policies.

THE CONTEST ENTITIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY ARISING FROM RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

PUBLICITY: As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where may be prohibited by law, each entrant by entering the Contest and each winner by accepting a Prize grants to ThunderShirt and ThunderShirt’s affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, entrants submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and entrants biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration. Entries must be original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights.

ENTRANT’S OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of ThunderShirt related to the administration of the Contest, which shall be final, conclusive and binding in all matters. By accepting the Prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Contest Entities, Meta Platforms, Inc., and Facebook Inc. from and against any and all costs, losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind in connection with participation in the Contest, receipt or redemption of the Prize, or use of the Prize. Each winner of a Prize assumes all liability for any injury, death or damage caused or allegedly caused, by participation in the Contest, receipt of the Prize or use of the Prize.

GENERAL RULES: Neither ThunderShirt nor ThunderShirt’s parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and agents, and the directors, officers, employees and assigns of each of the foregoing (all of the foregoing, the “Released Parties”) are responsible for late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries, incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information, or any other human or technical errors of any kind relating to the submission, collection, storage or processing of entries or the administration of the Contest. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. ThunderShirt has the right at its sole discretion to disqualify and/or prohibit from entering any individual if, in ThunderShirt’s sole discretion, it determines that said individual has tampered or intends to tamper with the entry process, is attempting to undermine the Contest by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices or intends, or is attempting to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or any representative of ThunderShirt. ThunderShirt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Contest should a virus, bugs, entrant fraud or misconduct, legal claims or actions (including threats of same) concerning the Contest, or other causes beyond ThunderShirt’s control affect the administration, integrity, security, or operation of the Contest. In the event of termination of the Contest, a notice will be posted, and a random drawing to award the Prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination to the extent reasonably possible and practical in light of the termination. Entry times will be determined using a clock that ThunderShirt designates, which will be the official clock for the Contest. ThunderShirt reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners may be asked to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability form within five (5) days of notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification, and alternate winners may be selected. ThunderShirt is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the Contest. ThunderShirt provides no warranty of any kind for Prizes.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Personal information that ThunderShirt collects during the Contest will only be used for administration of the Contest, awarding the Prizes and other purposes set forth herein. However, any information submitted to ThunderShirt is considered part of the entry and all entries become the property of ThunderShirt at the time of submission for use in accordance with this Section 8. ThunderShirt will not sell or otherwise share or transfer any personal information collected during the Contest. Unless entrant opts out of receiving emails and other communication from ThunderShirt, by entering the Contest entrant consents to receiving mailings, emails, and other ThunderShirt related promotional materials, including products, offerings, and activities.
