We want you to be happy with any ThunderWorks product you purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a ThunderWorks product you purchased from ThunderWorks or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price.  

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the ThunderWorks 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

Return Policy - How to Request A Refund

If you purchased your ThunderWorks product from an authorized seller: Please return your ThunderWorks product to the place of purchase for credit.

If you are unable to return your product to the authorized seller from whom it was purchased, please contact our Customer Service team at service@thundershirt.com or 866-892-2078 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product.  You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist ThunderWorks in processing your request.

If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your ThunderWorks product and proof of purchase to:

If you purchased your ThunderWorks® product directly from ThunderWorks® Company:

If your item was damaged, or you would like to return an item from an order that contained an embroidered ThunderShirt® (other than the embroidered ThunderShirt®, which is final sale), please email us at service@thundershirt.com to request your return label. You can also call us at 866-892-2078.

Our Customer Service hours are Monday –Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST and Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm EST.

Please note EMBROIDERED and FINAL SALE items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For all other returns, you may process your return here.  Please note: if you are returning a Buy with Prime Order, see instructions below.

Returning a Buy with Prime Order:

If you bought your ThunderWorks® product on this website, and used Buy with Prime to check out (your order confirmation email would have Buy with Prime in the subject line), you will process your return through your Amazon Prime account.  To start a return, view your order status from the link in the email that you received after you placed your order or from your Amazon account on the Your Orders page under the Buy with Prime Orders tab. You can initiate the return process and choose from a number of return options, including label-free, box-free returns and convenient drop off locations, such as Amazon physical stores, Whole Foods Markets, or UPS Stores. If the item is eligible for return, but not for label-free, box-free returns, you can still return the item at USPS or UPS locations in a box with the provided return label. For eligible items, you receive a full refund if they are in resellable condition and returned within the return window. If you have questions about returns eligibility or the returns process, contact customer service using the link on the order detail page. Buy with Prime orders are covered by the Amazon Pay A-to-z Guarantee.

At ThunderWorks® we offer a 60 day return policy.  If you are returning a Buy with Prime order in days 1-30, please proceed with the return instructions above.  If you would like to return your product 31-60 days after purchase, please reach out to our customer service team at service@thundershirt.com and we can assist you.  

You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist ThunderWorks® in processing your request.

International Returns: If your item was not purchased from ThunderWorks directly, it must be returned to the original place of purchase. If purchased from ThunderWorks, please contact us before returning your item, you can email us at service@thundershirt.com or phone us at 866-892-2078, Monday – Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST and Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm EST.

Embroidered ThunderShirts: Because embroidery is customized we do not offer a money back guarantee, returns or exchanges on these products.

Guarantee Guidelines

You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of original purchase. ThunderWorks reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where the purchaser has abused the ThunderWorks 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  ThunderWorks may amend or terminate the ThunderWorks 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
