GPE2025 Cornhole Contest and Drawing

Keep Calm and Throw the Bag with DOUXO® and ThunderEase®

No Purchase Necessary. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes “Keep Calm and Throw the Bag with DOUXO® and ThunderEase®” (the “Sweepstakes”) will take place starting March 26, 2025 at 8:00am EST and will conclude on March 28, 2025 at 1:00pm EST (“Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes will be conducted exclusively by Ceva Animal Health, LLC (“Ceva”). The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska, or 21 years of age if a resident of Mississippi). All employees, officers, and agents of Ceva, its affiliates, immediate family members (spouse, parents, or children) and those living in the same household of each are ineligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Employees or contractors of any company that sells companion animal products that are directly competitive with Ceva’s companion animal offerings are ineligible to win. Void where prohibited or in states where bonds are required to accept the Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, complete an official Global Pet Expo 2025 (“GPE2025”) Cornhole Contest and Drawing entry form (the “Entry Form”) Additional instructions are provided when completing the Entry Form.

3. PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize drawing of a Sony Playstation 5 (PS5) (each drawing a “Prize”) at 11am March 28^th, 2025; and daily drawings on March 26^th & March 27th, 2025 of one (1), $100.00 American Express Gift Card. Each participant is given one (1) chance to throw a cornhole bag from behind the line. The prize is based on where a cornhole bag lands at or near the cornhole board. A DOUXO® pen and one (1) entry into the Daily Prize drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing is awarded when a cornhole bag is thrown and lands on the ground. A DOUXO® pen, ThunderEase® bandana, two (2) entries into the Daily Prize drawing and two (2) entries into the Grand Prize drawing is awarded when a cornhole bag is thrown and lands on the board. A DOUXO® pen, ThunderEase® Bandana, ThunderEase® or FELIWAY® Spray, three (3) entries into the Daily Prize drawing and three (3) entries into the Grand Prize drawing are awarded when a cornhole bag is thrown and goes through the hole. All prizes are while supplies last and may be substituted for other prizes by Ceva. Total Prizes are valued at approximately $900.00. Each GPE2025 winner is limited to one (1) Prize. The Prizes are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law), and no substitutions are allowed by the winner(s). All applicable federal, state and local taxes on each Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prizes may not be transferred or provided to another person, or exchanged, or substituted for money or anything else of value.

4. DRAWING: Ceva, or its designee, will randomly draw one (1) entrant’s name daily (three (3) total), for each day of GPE2025 from all eligible Entry Forms no later than 3:00pm (EST) each day. All winners will be notified by phone or email, at Ceva’s discretion. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours following the initial notification attempt, he or she may be disqualified, and the Prize awarded to an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

CEVA AND ITS AFFILIATES (INCLUDING EACH OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AFFILIATES) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY ARISING FROM RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE(S).

5. PUBLICITY: As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where may be prohibited by law, each entrant, by entering the Sweepstakes, and each winner, by accepting a Prize, grants to Ceva and Ceva’s affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title and interest in and to the Sweepstakes entrant’s name, city, state and biographical material and all likenesses, including pictures and videos, captured at the Event or during the award of the Prize (collectively “Licensed Rights”). Ceva may publicize, broadcast, display and otherwise use the Licensed Rights in any media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission, or approval.

6. ENTRANT’S OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Ceva related to the administration of the Sweepstakes, which shall be final, conclusive, and binding in all matters. By accepting the Prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless Ceva and its affiliates and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all costs, losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt or redemption of the Prize, or use of the Prize. Each winner of a Prize assumes all liability for any injury, death or damage caused or allegedly caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt of the Prize or use of the Prize.

7. GENERAL RULES: Neither Ceva nor Ceva’s parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and agents, and the directors, officers, employees and assigns of each of the foregoing (all of the foregoing, the “Released Parties”) are responsible for late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries, incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information, or any other human or technical errors of any kind relating to the submission, collection, storage or processing of entries or the administration of the Sweepstakes,. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Ceva has the right at its sole discretion to disqualify and/or prohibit from entering any individual if, in Ceva’s sole discretion, it determines that said individual has tampered or intends to tamper with the entry process, is attempting to undermine the Sweepstakes, by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices or intends, or is attempting to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or any representative of Ceva. Ceva reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes, should a virus, bugs, entrant fraud or misconduct, legal claims or actions (including threats of same) concerning the Sweepstakes, or other causes beyond Ceva’s control affect the administration, integrity, security, or operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted, and a random drawing to award the Prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination to the extent reasonably possible and practical in light of the termination. Entry times will be determined using a clock that Ceva designates, which will be the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Ceva reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners may be asked to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability form within five (5) days of notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification, and alternate winners may be selected. Ceva is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Ceva provides no warranty of any kind for Prizes.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY: Personal information that Ceva collects during the Sweepstakes will only be used for administration of the Sweepstakes, awarding the Prizes and other purposes set forth herein. However, any information submitted to Ceva is considered part of the entry and all entries become the property of Ceva at the time of submission for use in accordance with this Section 8. Ceva will not sell or otherwise share or transfer any personal information collected during the Sweepstakes. Unless entrant opts out of receiving emails and other communication from Ceva, by entering the Sweepstakes, entrant consents to receiving mailings, emails, and other Ceva related promotional materials, including products, offerings, and activities.
