1. Sponsor
The ThunderShirt® "Spooky, Not Stressed!" Halloween Costume Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Ceva Animal Health, LLC (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 24, 2026, and ends at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 1, 2026 (“Contest Period”). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
During the Contest Period:
Follow the official ThunderShirt Instagram account (@thundershirtcompany) or Facebook page.
Follow @thundershirtcompany.
Tag @thundershirtcompany in your entry.
Post a photo or video of your dog in their Halloween costume on Instagram.
Include the hashtag #SpookyNotStressed in your post.
If entering through a private account, entrant must provide proof of entry upon Sponsor's request.
Limit one (1) entry per person per pet per platform. Multiple entries featuring the same photo may be disqualified.
5. Entry Requirements
Entries must:
Be original and created by the entrant.
Feature the entrant's dog.
Not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Not contain inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, unlawful, dangerous, or obscene content.
Not depict cruelty, neglect, or unsafe treatment of animals.
Comply with the terms and policies of the applicable social media platform.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these requirements.
6. Judging
This is a skill-based contest. Winner will be selected based on the following criteria:
Creativity and originality of costume (40%)
Overall visual appeal (30%)
Halloween spirit/theme execution (20%)
Pet and costume presentation (10%)
All eligible entries will be judged by a panel selected by Sponsor.
The entry receiving the highest overall score will be declared the potential winner.
In the event of a tie, the entry with the higher score in Creativity and Originality will prevail.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) $500 Visa® Gift Card; and
One (1) ThunderShirt® Prize Pack.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $600.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner is responsible for any taxes associated with prize acceptance.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winner will be notified via direct message, comment, email, or other reasonable means by November 4, 2026.
The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Sponsor may require execution of an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release (where permitted), and tax documentation prior to prize award.
9. License and Publicity Rights
By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted content, entrant's name, social media handle, pet name, likeness of the pet, and related materials for advertising, promotional, marketing, and other business purposes in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, communications, or technical failures of any kind.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Contest is subject to Sponsor's applicable privacy policy available at Legal Notice.
